I lead IT and automation at MAGIC ALLIANCE SRL, working across software, internal tools, AI agents, and operational systems for beauty businesses. This is where the earlier chapters started to compound: distribution, operations, software, AI, verification, and execution became part of the same operating system.

WAM.APP and product-scale distribution

I worked for roughly 6–7 months with WAM.APP, a play-and-earn app where users could play and earn crypto rewards. During that chapter, I helped WAM.APP become the most downloaded app in Romania.

Short-form content agency and personal brand scale

I ran a short-form content agency for Romanian businesses and grew my own brand from zero to 1M+ TikTok followers, 100k+ Instagram followers, and 100k+ YouTube subscribers. Across all the accounts I managed, I generated 5M+ followers and 1B+ views, including a period where my TikToks averaged around 5M views.

The first serious AI thread

In 2022, I read my first serious book about artificial intelligence. It was the first time AI stopped feeling futuristic and started feeling like a real leverage layer for work, business, and operations.

Trading, crypto, and risk reps

I spent a short chapter trading stocks and crypto. Useful reps with risk, timing, and volatility.

One book a day, writing my first book, then failed experiments

After closing my first agency, I spent roughly a year reading obsessively, about one book per day, and at 18 I wrote my first book. Then I tested online stores, luxury reselling, dropshipping, and Airbnb-style home management. Most of them failed. They taught me distribution, risk, cashflow, operations, and execution.

First local social media agency

At 16, in Cluj-Napoca, I started my first social media marketing agency, helping small local businesses with social media. It was the beginning of my entrepreneurial path and the first real lesson that selling, delivery, trust, and consistency matter more than just having an idea.
